“Parenting On Demand”

Dad with child

Through the years I have received many calls from frantic Parents, Caregivers, and Court System personnel requesting parenting classes ASAP.  My answer was often “classes will be starting up in just a few months”, “the classes are full,” or “classes have already begun.”

This resulted in great frustration on the part of the Parents in need.  Now, in an effort to better reach the community that needs us and at a more affordable price, a Parent can obtain the full Positive Parenting parent training course in a private, four-hour intensive program.  You will experience the advantages of one-on-one private sessions, receive the full-length Positive Parenting book and explore the 8 fundamental subjects:

1. Why Kids Do What They Do, 2. Reasons That Teach Values, 3. How To Improve Your Child’s Self-Esteem, 4. Stop The Yelling and Gain Cooperation, 5. Creating An Academic and Enjoyable Atmosphere In Your Home, 6. Changing Bad Behaviors For Good Ones, 7. End Tantrums Forever and 8. Building Strong And Influential Relationships With Your Child

The “Parenting On Demand” program enables Parents to obtain the skills needed to manage home challenges.  Each participant receives:

B      Four hours of private parent training for up to two (2) participants,

B      A copy of “Jumping In Puddles, A Guide To Positive Parenting”

B      A Positive Parenting Certificate of Completion,

B      A write up explaining the material covered in each session,

B      Class schedules that are immediate and sensitive to your needs and timeframes including day, evening and weekend hours.

The trainer, Tom Palermo is the Founder and Executive Director of Positive Parenting. The Teaching Family Association and Boy’s Town of Omaha certify Tom as a Teaching Parent Trainer/Evaluator.
